Too many to name, tho I pretty much agree with Blackhawk88's list.
Most recently dealing with a player who came to me with an offer, then when I refused, started lying in public to try to cause issues for me. When I posted a screenshot exposing him, he started going on long rants about how it was photoshopped/doctored/etc.
People like Kebab (who is definitely toxic, seen it in action) do not make the game more fun, as they like to claim. They say this because they're trying to justify themselves and feel less guilty about being shitty & unpleasant. They make the game overall less pleasant, more about feuds and arguments than alliances, rivalries, and competition. They don't know how to really do diplomacy or strategy, so they just shit the bed and call it entertainment.
I'd add Parminion or however you spell it, BlackHawk88 will know who I mean. I'd also add Lord Kira, PCIC Donut something (forget the full name), who when notified that one of his players went PE in a diplo game where he forgot to change the fog, said "who asked you?", followed by "Only I decide who's PE!!", which makes about 0 sense since he can't actually see who it is and has to rely on players.
Though I've never had an issue with Lyanna, she seems to be in a lot of bitter feuds and is very unwilling to back down. Agree with Sara C, always seems to bring something unpleasant, bullies players, and throws her weight around any chance she gets.
Other than those notable examples, there are a few regular hosts who I feel either create games with somewhat unfair/unbalanced conditions, or change rules on the fly in a very unbalanced way (one host actually said you can attack the same turn you declare war in his diplo game, wtf). I know how difficult it can be to come up with a cohesive set of rules, having failed more than a few times in my experiments with hosting, but come on, don't break the core rules of Diplo, like saying people aren't PE if they don't attack PEs. what's the point of having the PE function if it isn't enforced by obligating players to attack them? Stupid.
For that and many other reasons, I'm all but done with diplo games. I long since learned not to join games with the demon/kebab/antonwee trio, since not only would they get the strongest slots, they'd always team up on everyone else regardless, but in general I'm finding diplo games more frustrating and charged with personal grudges, namecalling, etc. than actual fun. Unless a really interesting concept is introduced, I'm not really up for "european claiming diplomacy #550" or w/e.
1v1 and unique concept games are looking more attractive to me these days. And yeah, my bootrate is shitty. I blame that on finals back in june, as well as periodic data outages and mistakenly joining games with an overriden vacation boot setting. :/ I'm working on the percentage either way.
