Joined under username Jaymer. On the plus side, I found a person willing to join a game, which is why I checked Discord. However, it wasn't very clear what I needed to do to be able to chat with people. I joined and ended up in... I think, the #rules channel (if "channel" is the right word)? Tried to type a message, but it just said I didn't have permission to do so. Tried to click on other channels, but it was unresponsive. At some point, I was able to join the #offtopic channel (don't know why, it wasn't the first time I clicked it), and then I was able to send a message. Even now, when I click on any other channel, nothing happens and I don't know why.

Using Midori browser in Linux Mint 18 if it matters.

Update: Seem to only be able to change to a channel if there's a new message posted?

you need to be @verified to post in other channels, which means you need an admin around; i could do it due to a little glitch, but grex fixed it :P

My problem seems to be being able to change channels, not being able to post in channels. I was able to post in the #offtopic channel when I finally got into it, but I couldn't post in the #rules channel. I briefly made it into the #entertainment channel, then back to the #rules channel, and now I can't leave the #rules channel or post in it. So although I was able to chat for a while, now I'm no longer able to. Maybe if someone posts something in another channel, I'll be able to switch to it and say something...

Edit: Although I'm not sure why I was able to switch back to the #rules channel. The last post there was July 22nd. =\

Edit #2: It finally let me back into #offtopic with no new messages posted. No idea why.

Edit #3: Oh, now there's a new message. Maybe that's why.

Edit #4: Nope, was randomly able to rejoin the #entertainment channel with no new message posted, then unable to join any other channel.

I've just verified you Jaymer so you should be able to see all channels right now

Nah; activity just tends to oscillate and now it doesn't seem to be as crazy at odd hours.
