For those of you who are new to WGL, this is a weekly realtime tournament series hosted and livestreamed by experienced warlight players with in-depth analysis and commentary by some of the top Warlight players. The broadcast (stream) is hosted on twitch.tv, chat participation is encouraged.

We try to play different settings every week.

Tournament will be created half an hour before it starts.

Old Strat ME! :D

This will be the last weekly WGL in a while.

There have been a steady increase of random livestream events happening on weekdays, which is good, but also leads us to believe WGL isn't really that crucial for the strategic community as it was one year ago. Plus i'm also a bit burned out of having to host it every week, so i could use the break. :)

We'll keep the WGL staff active on skype (most of them run livestreams through the weekdays, so they are quite active), and maybe organize new WGL's now and again (maybe monthly?!)

This tournament will be 64 players, so please show up and let's have some livestream tournament fun. :)

Ah :) I can't say I didn't see this coming. Thought the finale would be WGL #150, but I guess that is quite a bit of a wait. I'll definitely miss it, but your burnout was pretty obvious ps. I think rotating streamers would make it a lot easier, because there was obviously a lot on your plate with doing this every week.

I'll be looking forward to WGL 4.0 when people begin to miss it again!

It seems participation in WGL has grown recently (?), so it's surprising to learn the WGL staff doesn't have plans to continue it on a weekly basis. Hopefully the participants will persuade you to reconsider!

perhaps we could change up stream hosts? When I get back to college, I do want to commentate...

Thanks for all the streams ps, even though you always criticised what I did they were fun.

;_; You've done a brilliant job but I can see why you'd tire from it after so many weeks! Hopefully the WGL team can come back with in a few months with more than one host to spread the pressure. Either way thanks for all the streams and past YouTube exports.
