You all knew what i am famous for and i just wanted to start a modern day diplo. ;)


Requirements:

- Either have a boot-rate of 10% or below or be on my friend list.
- Write what state of today's World you want. You have to speak one of its official languages.

Rule set:

- You have to declare war (this does not count for rouge-states, but for all others, even for declaring against a rouge-state)and both attacker and defender have to wait one turn.
- There are nuclear powers and rouge-states. Only rouge-states can attack nuclear powers.
- Non rouge-states can create their own international laws.
- UN Security Council Veto-powers. They can veto any law to prevent it.
- Nations are allowed to create their own nuclear arsenal. They have to publicly admit it an survive 15 turn before they become a nuclear power. All wars against them are then ended except for rouge-state ones.
