Semi hijacks a clan then says come to TLW. Not at all familiar...

Semice got in RE and told them to join TLW; this could still be separate from the hijacker- Semice could've just been opportunistic.

Yeah, I was thinking of:

- removing him from CL? Would punish TLW more than it would Semice

- removing him from Slass Klubb? Would punish TLW more than it would Semice

- removing him from TLW? would punish TLW more than it would Semice

At this stage, all I'm able to do is hold Semice to an ultimatum- if this happens again, he's out of TLW.

Colonel also specifically approached me about his clanmates seeking refuge in TLW.

However, in the interest of full disclosure, I also privately approached 19 RE members during the hijack offering them invitations to TLW in case they wanted more stability. This was before I had any idea of Semice's (alleged?) involvement in the hijack and not something I would've done to a clan that wasn't in the process of collapsing.

@Semice: you did confess to it (at least privately) on multiple occasions. So you were either lying then or you're lying now.

Sorry im late to respond but you're a lot less likely to get fucked over by your friends you know in real life vs a stranger on the internet. If you don't know someone in real life you should at least be their Facebook friend before they get MR.

That said, ironically CORP got hijacked at least twice by at least one person Kazuki (the clan's nominal leader) knows in real life. No method is 100% effective, and you should just tightly control Manager Rights unless you need to spread them around- but at least you've got some recourse if your IRL friend backstabs you.

I don't have any one I consider a friend as that implies a great deal of trust. I have people I would consider intellectual allies, and great people to debate with, but no one in my eyes has earned enough trust to qualify as a friend.

It's pretty true, though, many folk could be legitimately classified as autist (commonly called shy) to some degree here.

Yeah, nothing wrong with having Asperger's.

I've never actually been diagnosed with Autism, but most of the people that I commonly talk to are on academic grounds, and as such it would be hard for me to argue that I don't actually have a minor amount of it.

Then it's probably harder to gauge. If you isolate yourself socially, it's a positive feedback loop- you'll have a harder and harder time picking up on social cues and interacting with real people.

Yeah, and I have no real motivation to become active socially. I feel that the academic interactions I have with people(like arguing things, discussing new scientific and engineering discoveries, etc) are much more valuable, and provide much better insight to how these people think and are much better for me as a person that enjoys academia than establishing a social life.

Seeing a trend here... A clan gets "hijacked" and then the members are encouraged to move to the wolves sometimes by a WOLF and the other times by Colonel Harthacanute. Is there a conspiracy going on between Semice and other people such as Colonel and maybe even Knyte :o

Nah if I were involved we'd have gone for a real target.

Or maybe you organised it all so fingers would point at Semice so that you had an excuse not to add him back to the clan!
