Anyway I really enjoyed this summary! Here are the people that ranked same in "quantity" (the rank that actually was based off of something rational) as "quality" (from my fucked up system)

Zephyrum - while he did get tied for 7th in the "quality" list, it could easily be said that Colonel won over him on a tiebreaker that is quantity; ergo making Zeph consistent.

If a lot of people on the mail thread suggest your name to be included on the next attack thread then you might have a chance. New animal attack threads are usually created each month or when the number of posts exceeds a high number.

The best one was Dog, hands down.
