A. Gun shop. Best place to find what we're looking for.
There may be customers there who know about the gun runners and their fake permits. May even be using one then and there. Then that lieutenant can give us our payment (gun permit and caps).

You enter the building and see guns on racks behind a counter. There are glass cases with guns in them too. There are three people here, two young women in Tannenburg militia uniforms and the gun seller.

A (Lie) You know they are criminals already , my cousin's trade caravan got attacked last week he is well but he told me raiders used guns that only gun runners modified and sold , you know this is quite fast but i ask for your help with a problem , their criminal activities has infested here as well. They are selling fake gun permits now and i will be ever be in your debt if you help me stopping them

A (Lie) Why not ? It benefits them and dont tell me you dont know the corruption in NCR , few bribes is all it takes , hell i wont be surprised if few NCR officials are directly involved also dont you wonder why %90 of the raids happen OUTSIDE the NCR territory?
