Varys, it's possible because it's wrong. Fan's only vote was NLR which just unvoted Thomas, and that fifth vote on Death probably came out of your anal cavity. He has four.

Meaning 11 votes, the 12th belongs to Japan77 who has yet to show up.

I'll unvote and vote for Aqua then. That's the only way he can get the majority votes and be lynched.

I think he needed 7 to be lynched, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I do get bored easily... and coming from the person who knows your ego the best out of all of us, I would like to suggest that if Japan does lose from inactivity (if he was mafia) will you reassign that role to someone else since it is still the first day?
