What I only see here is arrogance at its best and pride from you. All I was pointing out is that this thread was in the wrong place that's all. And you started arguing about it for no real reason. Again calm down and swallow your "elitist" pride.
Sirsalty and Lolicon are good players, unfortunately you do not know them, because you never played any diplomacy games, or very rarely I suppose. Boston may be a nice player (never met him), but that is not a reason to not respect other people playing and participating here.

Both of them are on warlight for the forums. Boston actually plays. A picking strategy is named after him. He's a legend. Don't compare him with off topic forumers just because he had a ban please.

Yeah, they do play. I'm currently facing lolicon on the 1v1 ladder. Salty's on knyte's league. They both play competitive to some extent.

That is the main problem why any decent strategical player would never even look into the Warlight game if he would see the Forum beforehand! I have recommended earlier multiple times to delete the Forum once and for all for the sake of survival of Warlight, thus far it has only showed Warlight in bad light!

This is really interesting to see high-ranked players regarding this as "Related to Warlight"! I often doubt in Average Warlight players ability to read and think functionally. Each day it amazes me how Off-Topic the majority of General Section actually can get. Despite even reporting the most off-topic threads mods show now intention to better it. So I guess Lolicon´ army is the only sensible group here, because they show what the community and forum actually is here and deserves!

But moderation lacks ambition to do something, and our active Forum-base is not exactly intellectually fit to make the basic difference of Directly related or indirectly related. According to average Warlight-everyday-poster Cosmos is part of General Topic due to earth being located there, whereof warlight came to existence. Or Lolicons is as much Warlight-related for just sharing same space in Internet! I believe Hegel would have committed suicide in 21th century.

A Players competitiveness does not make him Related-to-Warlight and exclude others or some petty little instance, that has nothing to offer as discussion? I wonder whether this thread gets deleted/moved?

- The most idiotic new trend is Tournament, Real-Time and Multi-Day commercialism! If you cant fill your match or find players one turns it into a spamming fest? And I always enjoined the resign/quit threads. Where player X whom no-one knows, cares, has never heard off announces his resignation of warlight like some stepping down from high-authority position.

Y'know I'm not too happy about some people are treating others here. It's very "I'll shit on people who I think are worse than my, while I stroke my ego" type behaviour.

Basically what a couple people are saying is "Boston plays the game strategically; he is a better person; he actually plays." [implying Loli, Salty, etc. don't play]

These people try to belittle others by lying, saying "you're on WarLight for the forum. Because of this, Boston is a more valid person, and obviously threads not concerning WarLight about him, should be in the general forum, because he has X, while Salty has Y".

Except, there is nothing. Boston doesn't have an "X" and Salty doesn't have a "Y". Even if Salty doesn't play WL as much as Boston, it's unarguable that Salty plays the game. I have 37 common games with him.

When it really kicks in, is when MoD tries to make a statement about Salty's points [implying that winning games is what WL is all about; Salty plays for fun] and then says "This is no diplo".

Ah! Apparently we may have found the "Y" that Salty has. I see, he's a diplomacy player... I see. It's all clear now. Salty "doesn't play the game" because he plays it in a different way to Boston, and therefore doesn't deserve the same respect! Ahh, thanks for clearing that up.

Does it really matter which section this thread belongs to?

Damn, now that I've read Ox's post, I sense some intense debates coming up.

Very often people call out another people's behaviour in various kind of games in General forum.
This thread is about calling out NZPhoenix's behaviour in his games so it belongs to General forum.
That's how I see it. And BTW I wanna avoid diplo players vs strategy players conflict.
