I am 100% sure Hex-Earth is going to win... but I am not a big fan of it, so my vote is for Heavy Earth.

Went for clan patriotism this time around.
At least this, of all diplo maps, has a 4-player distribution mode. ;P

Hex Earth.

My vote goes to Heavy Earth. But both hex and Africa come in second place imo!

hex, fractals, heavy earth. we are spoiled for choice here.

I really don't like hex earth. The base map is a terrible projection, mostly. And as much as I love fractals, playing that map once was more than enough. I'm all about Islamic Africa.

I am not really familiar with any of these maps, but Islamic African Nations 2016 looks great. My vote goes there.

Hex Earth is very cool...
except for the fact that it is visually distracting when viewing from a distance...
which also applies to the map of North Africa. :P

Heavy Earth is actually something I could see using for a variety of game types,

single player, 1v1, and team games... even diplo.


I'm not big on voting for maps of limited usefulness...

that strikes out purely diplo and tiny maps...
as well as any map with 3k territories... :P

Sorry, Heavy Earth has probably been map of the week repeatedly, since it's so old, and so good, but it just doesn't have any good competition this week from my perspective.

Heavy Earth is the only logical choice here.

Hex Earth would make a horrid 4 player FFA for the map of the week, Heavy earth would be great fun and I would defo participate :)

I'm still undecided on hex earth, I'm not sure I can find setting that work on it, it's too big!
