Rand Paul, the ony Republican candidate that can debate on substance and policies...no wonder he got kicked out of the debate stage, it's a Republican "debate", i.e. a clown show for who is going to be the loudest idiot on stage. Rand Paul just could't fit in.

Not enough support + Not enough support = Not being a major candidate! and thus you don't get on the main stage. he's got the lowest number of any relatively well known candidate and unfortunately Trump made him and Bush look like idiots most debates ( which is really Both Bush's and Paul's Fault. I mean for goodness sake they had so much to bash him for but they chose to go at him personally and tarnish his record and in turn Trump made them look like bumbling idiots. Rand made a dumbass mistake and whatever advisor told him to do that should be fired ) I mean honestly, Rand made so many beginner mistakes. personally I think Rand was riding on the fact that he thought his ideas and rhetoric would push him through but you need to be able to connect with the crowd and pull out the trump card ( no pun intended ) at the right moment something which Ron had but Rand does not. Rand cant connect and does not have a stage personality like Trump has. I think Rand Is Probably gonna be our generations Newt Gengrich. A good guy, with good ideas, and got good stuff done but he just did't have what it took to Be President much less Successfully run for it

I think Paul and Fiorina will be a big loss. If only JEB! and Kasich left instead....:(

It seems that these US parties "debates" are just for the show (for what I see here), the one losing is the less entertaining one, how can you win against Trumpy the clown?

Ironically that's how I felt about the Democrat's debates...felt bad for Chafee and Webb.

Lincoln Chafee, the guy blaming on his father's death the fact that he made bad decisions, pathetic, and Jim Webb the republican guy on a democratic debate joking about the vietnamese he blew off with a grenade...awkward. These two never got more than 1% and never mattered, thankfully they dropped out quickly from the race. Chafee isn't a bad guy tho, just not one cut out for this.

However, from all the debates i've seen, most of the democrats debate were about substance and policies, unlike the republican ones, that were just about wich monkey could throw his feces best, they couldn't discuss real issues if they tried to, ignorance runs rampant on the republican side (with the exception of Rand Paul, who wanted to talk substance on the last couple of debates,too bad substance and facts don't do well with the republican primary voters).

lol your not actually believing that? the democrat debates are quite funny. The Hardest qus for Clinton was " Mrs. Clinton, how many African children do you plan to save this year? " I mean god her qus were so freaking easy even Carson could not mess up on them. The Republican Debates have been a bunch of figure pointing, I agree, but if you honestly think the democrat debate was better then I feel sorry for you. at least with republicans it was entertaining but with democrats I swear I fell asleep twice. I was at the TV screaming " WE FUCKING GET IT! YOU HATE TRUMP, REPUBLICANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY PROBLEM ON EARTH AND FOR ALL FUTURE PROBLEMS!! JUST FREAKING TALK ABOUT AN ACTUAL ISSUE!!! Bernie was the only reason I watched that debate and I was really surprised when he basically rolled over and played dead while Clinton and O'Mally Beat the crap out of him on gun control. Republicans have new blood this year and its exciting, Democrats are playing the same Cards all over again.

How can he quantitatively determine which debate was more about "substance and policy"? Hint...you can't. His subject opinions about the Republican party are just being projected onto his analysis of the debates. Its as simple as that.
