- 2 reasons: the spreadsheet interactions are manual for now :P
- you can't create teams that don't contain you

@Sephiroth:

- so players can decide on their own whether they want to boot an opponent
- you're probably worried about delayers/etc.; they can simply be banned from the ladder

@MightySpeck:

- at the moment, no (since I can tell that PunySpeck exists)
- not something I really considered; would be a bit tricky (at least UX-wise) to recognize alts with a bot, so probably going to be the case when the bot is handling things.

- nope, that would require TrueSkill afaik and I'm not at the stage where I implement that (still largely manual

There's barely any automation at this stage- because I want to user-test things before making assumptions. Hence the manual stuff.
