In this case, i'm the dark blue guy. The cyan guy could just attack either Scandinavia or East Europe and if i attack them, i might get Russia, but they could spread their force once they're in Europe. Let's say i only have income of 3, What should I do? Thank you for helping.

Deploy everything on one terrritory, hope they run into that territory, delay your attack and get Ukraine.

With an income of 3 there is nothing you can do. Scandinavia cannot be defended and if your opponent is competent and knows you have 3 income, he will know this. If you had more income, I would deploy 2 in East Europe, then deploy the rest in Scandinavia and hope that you guessed right, that's what I normally do, though deploying 2 in the territory you don't stack is useful as otherwise your opponent can take it with an easy 2 army attack.

I tried out some scenarios, but even if light blue has the base income of 3 as well, you are fucked. You have lost. Surrender.

^ you are only in serious trouble in that area if your other bonuses are being threatened. I don't know the map, but if he already broke your bonus, and is a good distance away from your next one, then you might be able to focus on other areas instead, to gain compensation. Like Master Potato said, more info would definitely help :p

The map is the normal small earth one, I would just wait and deploy troops in the current territory with eight in it unless he already has a bonus, then you would surrender.

the only thing you could do is deploy all you have in the land up north and attack him 1st order with your 8 so you weaken him (enough depending on his income, if it's too high as being advised just go surr^^). He won't attack in the middle as he doesnt want to risk a fail with your 8 possibly being transferred there (btw we don't know who attacks first either).

That could secure your current lands but i dont know the map and I think you need ukraine to make the income. So there s nothing you can do.

Or deploy everything up north and transfer the 8 1st order to the middle. Keep transferring the 8 between the 2 and deploying up north, until you feel stronger than him and attack from both lands.

Usually in scenarios like these you don't have many options...

1) If you have the income advantage and first order, you can stack up and try to wipe him out first order, even if you are able to reduce his stack to 1.

When you have income advantage, you want low number of armies on the board.

2) If he has higher income, then it is time to go for the offensive. Stack up armies and charge towards territories that will double border your opponent's bonus to break it. Make sure you don't lose your original bonus by adding 1 or 2 armies here and there to hinder his progress.
