The tournament that inspired this question is here:

It's part of our Promotion/Relegation league, so only we need 2 to be promoted. It looks like there should be a 3 way tie for 2nd, since Darth Darth Binks, Wildzar, and Fluppen are all 6-3, where Fluppen beat Darth Darth Binks, who beat Wildzar, who beat Fluppen.

Can anyone explain to me what Warlight uses to rank people in that situation? Like how did they put Fluppen in second place?

It's essentially randomized when there's an n-way tie (with n > 2) with evenly matched tiebreakers.
