101st has now officially began it's recruitment we welcome any player to come to us! It's been a rollercoaster for me personally leading this clan but now I feel the time is right to finnaly begin this clans journey forward.. I'm proud to say this is 101st, I'm proud to say these are my members and I'm god damn proud of what this clan stands for.. The 101st Airborne Division, also simply known as 101st, is a small competitive Warlight community and Lynx's brother clan. Founded in 2012 by Apollo, it is one of the oldest clan on Warlight. It is currently led by Platinum.

Why 101st? Our focus is improvement. Joining us means you'll become a better player. We offer a series of training sessions (individual on request). We also participate in many tournaments and clan leagues and you will be encouraged to join us. Our members are very active, friendly, helpful and motivated to learn just like you.

If you wish to join 101st, you need to meet the following requirements:

- You need a great knowledge of English. Communication is key.
- You must to be active. We request that you be online at least once per day.
- You need be kind, respectful, honest and tolerant.
- You must be motivated to learn and work hard with the other clan members.
- Your win rates in 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 must be over 40%. Your win rates must not be hidden.
- Your boot rate must be below 10%.

Just going to explain No what is going to happen :) So for others to know! If they are thinking of trialing at 101st but are too scared or nervous, I promise we won't bite :P

So basically you've indicated you wanted to join 101st.. You should do this by mailing me but This can be a exception.

So, I will introduce you the terms and conditions into applying to join 101st.

No spot is given cheaply in 101st as it seems, Every player wishing to join must undergo a week of trials...

So basically you will be assessed on the following factors:

If you choose to accept joining 101st for a week trial with subject to joining permanently, You will be assessed in a week on your Attitude,Skill and Social activity..

A few factors for your benefit:

- Social Initiative
- What do you bring to the table? Show it don't say it!
- Activity
- Skill + Attitude (Will to improve and help others)
- Behaviour

You get the idea? ^^^

After the week you will sit a meeting with me to discuss where you are in terms of membership with the clan where you could improve and discuss your strengths and ultimately if your a right fit for the clan! :)

It's that simple! I encourage players to come a trial! No harm in trying out right?

*Sometimes a game before going on trial is needed to answer some questions or immediate concerns.

Either way, I don't care Legacy. I clearly didn't want to discuss this on the thread yet you ignored it and didn't mail. So stop de-railing this thread and do something more productive with your life of WarLight please. It was a basic request which some were respectable enough to to do so, You ignoring it shows disrespect on your part so I'm asking you to get out of this thread and don't ever comeback...
