From what i have learned, any state of mind that has a "Low" level is not good and forms some sort of Depression(Anxiety, Worry, Apathy, and Boredom) or set backs in daily life(Relaxation and Apathy being the most effective of the 5).

Striving for Flow( state of mind in which you complete focus is on a subject), Arousal( taking part in an activity in which you are not very good at), and Control (doing something almost automatically; for ex: if you are good at cooking you essentially dont put much thought into what you may be cooking if you have done it several times before) can provide positive self-esteem.

Relaxation( state of mind in which you deliberately 'not care') and anxiety( non-deliberate caring that causes worry) are the two that are sort of/ kinda necessary at certain points of your day, however provide setbacks. They are easier to accomplish than the positive states of mind (flow, control, arousal) however do not provide as much benefits.

Apathy(not caring.), worry(caring that stops production and is deliberate), and boredom(sign of depression, inability to find meaning) are the taboo areas, of which you should try to avoid...

The skill levels and challenge levels correspond with the state of mind...
