I enjoy both rp and strategic games

Juq, I should've probably supplied a link to the goal behind this. The goal is, that there are many "in-the-closet-strategic-rpers". From my understanding, these are players that enjoy strategy, but aren't in an environment to develop strategically. This gives these players a goal. "I want to become a good enough player in my clan so I can compete in RP Clan League!" so they have motivation to move onto greater things. It's getting these people past the first hurdle that's the hardest part. This allows people to stay with the friends they have in their RP clans, but still have the motivation to take initiative and compete here.

Disappointed that the leaders of the clans above didnt orgnaize to enlist in this. Smh. Like I said before, if you want to play nations sim and empower yourself with elaborate govt hierarchies at least provide your members with something. For the sake of the closet strategic rp'ers in your clan please get off your asses and sign up for this. Also big props to Ox and the other rp clans (many of whom are free of pointless clan govt's. i.e.: clans with no hierachy are more active and get more done than those who do have hierarchies) who got together and organized this.

For an rp clan, we have more strat players then rp.

I don't mind this at all since I find both great, and will cater to both. Yet we still are rp at our core since it's how it was created.

I think It_is_I, Tiwato, xsandman, Fen and some others might be able to play as they're all active strat players who are fairly good.

You're scolding a new (administration) clan with <10 folk, a clan made about a week ago, and the clan that has no true leadership or galvanisation since Colonel left? What are you expecting?

That reminds me: Inviting AOE and TRE to the diplo clans chat. Ty Cade for signing TRF up, and we will hopefully get VM for certain, finalise templates, and submit rosters.

There's this guy who used to be in an RP clan but is now strategic, and could probably operate this entire league by clicking a button.

A clan with mm3100 and his alts would win.

So far I'm expecting it to be a two-way tossup between Juggernauts / CORP. Keep in mind, {W.U}'s strength is quite unknown to me, and they are quite fond of strategy as well as rp. Falcons and {rp} have a couple of decent players each. Wolves and VM are big enough to have good players in there somewhere, but I know little about VM's capabilities. Are they strong or weak? From my experience with an alt in Wolves, is that their strategic players always seem to get fucked by Semicedevine, in Clan League, with him deliberately putting each one on templates they hate. Luckily Zephyrum will be organising TLW :P. The Gentlemen's clan are relatively new, but I'm expecting a few strong players from there, but not exactly who!

Speaking of alts, thanks for mentioning:

NO ALTS. ABSOLUTELY NONE. The goal of this, is to make in-the-closet-rpers stand up and get represented / see which rp clans have the strongest strat players. Some clans fall into the first half, some fall into the second, so this is an equal purpose league. This is not a game of "Who can get the most -insert random strong strat clan here- alts in your clan?".

This should be fairly competitive assuming all of the clans field actual closet strategic roleplayers and not alts from some elite clan. Too early for me to make any predictions, it will be much clearer when final rosters and templates are officially posted.

If I read everything correctly, I believe so. Ox said he was hoping for 6-10 clans for 1 division.
