I do not understand how to define and choose the territories for the bonuses.

Should help.

You first define the bonus in the pop-up window, you only need to set the values/names then you can close it before choosing the territories

To add (or remove)a territory from a bonus simply select it then click on the box
next to the appropriate bonus-name on the lower left.

well one of my comrade in clan was banned because he said he was twelve.. people need to know that you can be banned for this very reason...

I hate to agree with Koala but I do on this one. It can take 24 - 48 hours to remove porn.
Interaction with The Poons would be enough damage.
