You do realize the US controls the drug trade in the Americas right? Mexican cartels have been aided by the US by getting weapons, the US for a long time had vassals throughout Central America that aided in the flow of drugs and where do you think drug cartels are getting submarines too?

That's not the way it works.

If I throw a rock and it starts a riot I should not be punished more heavily than if I throw a rock and it doesn't start a riot, the potential was there, intent is what matters. His creation of the thread was encouragement for behavior that'd break the sites rules, more than reason enough to ban.
