In another thread, Mercer stated that with a donation of $5,000 in coins, one of the following Uservoice requests could be rushed and be done within a month.

1) 3 v 3 Europe (no cards) Ladder
2) Peace Treaties
3) Able to see who is online
4) Add a "friends list" subset to the invite list
5) Overhall of Clan System
6) Multi-attack card
7) Deployment Limits: a Tactical Option (esp. for Multi-Attack Games)

Hopefully Mercer and/or Fizzer will post on this with more details.

It hadn't been posted in for some hours when this was created. It is only now first on the page since Chris bumped the thread. I did not see Chris's original thread when I scanned the forums and saw this one

I guess you are right, but it was definitely in the first 5 and is clearly visible to see.

What, exactly, does its current visibility have to do with the visibility at the time of this being posted?

Oh, and there were at least 15 other posts created or commented on in that three hour timespan...
