You haven't even won a single game yet. Maybe you should become more experienced and win more games, then clans may consider you. But for now I reckon a majority of clans will decline you, it's just my opinion (and possibly the truth).

For any sort of decent clan, come back around level 20. For relatively decent RP clans like CORP and what we are trying to become, come back around level 30 with a lowish boot rate like 15% (just play a lot of RT lotteries and don't get booted if you want to lower your bootrate). For competitive clans, WIN SOMETHING.

I said just for the boot :) But if you want to level up quickly lottery is good otherwise lottery is bad.
