Description

This is my claim for WZMC. It will be the Northwest Federation. It's government will be simple democracy in each province/state, and for the whole nation the government will be a council of the leader of each province/state, the majority rules rule being used mostly. Note that the part of Alaska that I took will also be its own province/state.
