How do you make a map like the ones you see like the huge europe maps or world maps. when i go to make a new game theres hardly any maps for me to choose from how do i find/get the rest that i see everyone else using

Make sure your filter is set to "All Maps."

Even then, you will be missing quite a few maps. When mapmakers create maps, they get to set a level at which it unlocks- so a lot of them won't be available to you until you level up.
