1) Offering a solution to your problem which certainly would work is completely different from creating new ideas, and you surely know what I'm saying currently.

2) Asking for something in a different person's name is a good enough reason to be blacklisted by that person, since such a step could, for example, make someone responsible for something for basically no reason in extreme cases.

One of my favorite things about diplomacy is that it is a challenge to battle. Unlike competitive games, it has wars going all over the place, with many different players and it's a simulation of real life. Giving troops to your allies already is possible (Gift them X Armies on a territory, then take it back).
