There are more Latino gang members in the US than black gang members. But, black gangs are more widespread throughout the county. Everyone is right. Everyone is wrong. Lawlz, he is not saying that blacks are worse than anyone.

Honestly, if you truly want to correct the problem, don't go to the police. You can't convince them to stop treating blacks as equally likely suspects as whites, because blacks do commit more crimes.

Instead, try to correct black neighborhoods, and destroy black gang culture (which frankly, is highly encouraged).

There is truth to this, whether you think so or not. There has been an increase of the "f*ck the police" way of thinking within black communities, which contributes to more gang members.

I will also say that parents need to start parenting again, throughout the whole country, no matter which color anyone is. This would solve a LOT of problems.

I think what he was trying to say is that black gangs are more widespread and statistically causing more problems than gangs of other ethnicity. Similar to the sense that Islamic terrorism is currently more significant then terrorism of any other group.

Most people (parents) would be horrified to know how fairly common child prostitution and child drug addicts are in the US.

And hookup culture is real.

I like to think of myself that way. Granted, I tend to lean Republican more often because I do agree with them on more issues, but there are some things I'm with the Democrats on.

If the U.S had a party that was socially conservative but economically liberal I'd probably join up with them, but no such party exists (That I'm aware of).

Black "gang culture" is the root of the problem.

Lower class gang culture in general is a problem. The root of gang culture is, among other things, poverty and disenfranchisement.
