Basically a fake lottery. It looks like one at first glance, but the creator is garanteed the win…

If it’s a loterry I just click on it by habit without thinking about it… there are many different valid ways to set up a lottery so the settings are always different.

In itself it’s already bad, but now add the big coin entry fee…. yes that’s a scam.

This player has been creating those for a while now, and anyone else could do the same.

I’m worried I might still click on it again by mistake one day, even though I know of the risk, I know how to check settings (if it’s a custom scenario it’s a red flag for a lottery… but still easy to miss), and this guy is in my banlist for this reason.

Is their a way to deal with such behaviour? Or to prevent scam lotteries from being advertised in open games?

Rigged Games and Lotteries

I don't know how to write this without sounding like a smartass, sorry... but the best way to deal with this behaviour is to not fall for the world's most obvious scams. The WZ creator (Fizzer) did everything that could be done to prevent this. There's this red exclamation mark with custom scenario games. "It's a lottery so I instaclick" is a very bad habit to have.

Anyway, just report the guy. With the scam being this obvious, I don't expect him to get away with just a warning. It's probably gonna be either taking away all his coins or just a straight ban. Wouldn't be the first person to be banned for coin scams.

I expect Fizzer to take action if you clearly explained what happened. A scammer shouldn't get away with it, and assuming that they did it before, I wouldn't mind if Fizzer would take away all their coins, not just the ones he won from you. Just banning without doing that wouldn't be much of a punishment.

I hope he gives you your coins back too, but don't know if he will.

There was a rigged game where he took the loser slot, no coins, didn't notice, so seems makes that, the other wins, then makes coin game which they win, and invite the other.

How would y'all like to "Un-Rig" the game?

I mean everything is kind of spelt out in the settings, although people do not read it; would Fizzer enforce a Partial Refund? or Full Refund?
