This is how my wife tells me she is going shopping for new furniture.

We recently bought a new house and have been on a tight budget while carrying two mortgages. We just closed on our old house and she gets me these to prepare me for furniture shopping. No complaints here!

@QueefBalls: The 18 is phenomenal. All the goodness of the 10yr old minus the rough edges. Don't get me wrong, I love Laphroaig 10, but the 18 is more than just a peat monster. Of course peat is still the dominating flavor with the medicinal/iodine right after that, but the 18 is softer with a *little* sweetness to the smoke. Then brine, butter, caramel and Graham crackers.

It's the best scotch I've had and I make it a rare treat because of the price. It has everything I like in a Scotch whisky and nothing that I don't (not a fan of sherry, grassiness, fruity flavors). I'd recommend it.
