I started to create my new map about the Hunnic Empire. When I created the strokes of bonuses, I divided, clicked on "Stroke to Path" and it mad me a group of the fill and the path. I ungrouped that, because I know, that groups can't be updated to Warzone.

I made the stroke to path, but the paths of the territories are not adjacent, still overlapped. See the stroke path here:

How to make bonus borders adjacent?
And how to inline images? I can never do it

Upload your images to a website that make the images accessible to the internet.
Some popular ones include:
https://imgur.com/upload
https://justpaste.it/
https://gyazo.com/
• you can probably find several others too

Then you put the image on the forum as [img]your image url here[/img].
Please make sure you use the image url (e.g. https://i.imgur.com/C41XhRz.png), not the website url (e.g. https://imgur.com/a/99ETEDl).

As a side note, you should remove those file paths with your name from the post, as they don't help anyone and expose your name to the internet.

You must draw back over the borders you have already drawn, in the same way as when you drew them. When you have gone over everything, reattach all your bonuses. Then, to add the adjacent borders, you must do the following for each one:

  • 1. Select it
  • 2. Press Ctrl + Alt + C on it
  • 3. Select the border and the territory together
  • 4. Press Ctrl + -
  • 5. Ctrl + Shift + K

The next problem appeared: The Inkscape file is 3,6 million bytes big, not uploadable to Warzone.
It wrote that I should simplify my decorating objects, and I did this many times. It simplifade (or simplifided?) the horses to this:

I don't want to delete them or simplify them more.
Now my Inscape file looks like that:

What else can I do to decrease the size of the file without making it look worse?

There is a few commons tricks you can do to lower the size of your SVG file.
Usually steps 1-3 should be enough, but if you have a complicated map, step 4 and 5 might be needed too.

1. Check that there are no more images hidden in the svg file that you might have traced over -> if there are, delete them

2. In the menu, under File > Clean Up Document (which removes unused resources)

3. Export the SVG as a Plain SVG (be default it is an Inkscape SVG, which contains extra metadata that WZ can't read anyways)

4a. Go to the settings for SVG output (Edit > Preferences > Input/Output section)
4b. Decrease numeric precision (by default its at 8, for Warzone 5 or maybe even 4 is sufficient)
4c. Set XML formatting indent to 0
4d. Note that for this to work, you might have to copy paste your entire map into a new SVG file with the same document size

5. Upload the plain SVG to https://svgomg.net/ , since that does a much better job at cleaning up the SVG than the Inkscape Simplify

Thank you! Should I finish the Inkscape file before doing this?
