There is a few commons tricks you can do to lower the size of your SVG file.
Usually steps 1-3 should be enough, but if you have a complicated map, step 4 and 5 might be needed too.
1. Check that there are no more images hidden in the svg file that you might have traced over -> if there are, delete them
2. In the menu, under File > Clean Up Document (which removes unused resources)
3. Export the SVG as a Plain SVG (be default it is an Inkscape SVG, which contains extra metadata that WZ can't read anyways)
4a. Go to the settings for SVG output (Edit > Preferences > Input/Output section)
4b. Decrease numeric precision (by default its at 8, for Warzone 5 or maybe even 4 is sufficient)
4c. Set XML formatting indent to 0
4d. Note that for this to work, you might have to copy paste your entire map into a new SVG file with the same document size
5. Upload the plain SVG to
https://svgomg.net/ , since that does a much better job at cleaning up the SVG than the Inkscape Simplify
