I just moved to the top 30 in the 2v2 ladder ( and received the 30th rewards announcement box) and my digging time bonus is now reduced to 10% ( which is the reward of the 2v2 ladder) instead of 30% ( Clanwar reward). And if I calculate correctly, my CW bonus is not expired yet.

I'm 99% sure the answer is unfortunately yes.

The only thing you can do now is to ask Fizzer

The better reward is always picked over the worse reward, unless the better reward is about to expire.
