Looks very cool ! Some tips :
- The boot time is good, but if it's a diplo, never put auto boot. Just put a rule saying that you're the only one that can boot so you can regulate your game as you want.
- Maybe add some cards ? Too much cards wouldn't be fun to play, but some like Spy or Sanction can make some good gameplay !
- This is only my opinion, but you shouldn't put cities in commerce game. After, the game will just become a territory spamming and it'll appens nothing. If you still want to build cities, uncheck the possibility to build cities by gold and use the [Beta] BetterCities and group Chat mod ! With that mod, you can allow to build cities with EMB card and expand them with EMB and Blockade. You can also add the rule that you can only deploy in cities with the mod.
- You can use mods ! Use them ! don't forget to put the Where Am I, Privates Notes and Note Orders ! It cost nothing to put them and it could really be useful !
After, this is only what I would have do, if you think that your template is the best like that, don't change nothing ! I hope this have been useful for you.
