I'm making a map of all the world's parishes, mainly using data stemming from this wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2
A parish is like a territory owned by a church/priest. According to wikipedia, there are 8 countries with parishes.

I'm not so sure what to do with the bonuses, as some of the countries include islands or territories which are not parishes, but I would like to include these anyway. I might need three types of bonus: country, country parishes, country dependancies. I'm guessing only one of these would have any value, but I'm not sure which one I would choose. I think I will choose just the coutnry parish bonuses to have any value. Country bonuses could be 1 or 0, dependancies would be 0.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.

I have decided to skip Andorra due to how far away it is from the other stuff. The map is pending public now!
