Borders are always set to 1 pixel by warzone, regardless of how wide they are in the SVG.
So if you dont want overlapping borders between bonuses, you need to move your bonuses further apart. (Or shrink each of them by a very small percentage)
If borders overlap between territories in the same bonus it is fine, since those are the same color anyways.
By the way, if a 1 pixel border is covering half a territory, are your territories big enough?
Ideally territories are big enough to fit a 25x25 circle inside of it, that way you ensure that a 2 digit army number will fit on your territory.
