I read in many forums that to have the tutorial achievement, you must surrender and next you can do what you want and take Africa quickly. But I can't surrender. Can anybody explain me how to do ?

EDIT : OK don't worry, I finaly found. You need to surrender AFTER you did the tutorial. It wasn't clear.
