This game was fair. Reasons:

1. The offensive kill rate as 20%, so 3 armies kills one, that's how orange and grey conquered neutrals

I don't know what are you speaking about, the attacker can attack with as many armies as it wants

3. There was no Russian player in this game

If you look at the "Analyze Attack" on that game. The minimum required to kill one army was six attacking armies. The Russian was the only one breaking that rule. He was using software to cheat the game.

It takes three attacking armies to kill one defender.

Look how quickly he spread out compared to the other three players. The other two guys were not newbies like me.

When I clicked on the analyze attack menu, it listed the minimum army as 6. So I mistakenly thought the minimum was 6. Instead I should have looked at the Offensive Rate of 20%.
