In the GiftArmies2 mod if I gift, for example, 10 armies on turn x to someone, then it will appear as 10 gold income on turn x+1 for that other person.
Let's say the person being gifted the armies has a base income of 5 gold, a territory bonus income of 15 gold (total normal income = 20), AND this person is sanctioned at a 50% rate by a Sanctions card.
In this scenario, will the receiving player have a total income of 20 gold, or 15 gold?
In other words, will the gifted armies, since they appear as income, also be reduced by the sanctions rate?
Since it's a gift, I would hope that it's not impacted by the sanctions rate. But if anyone knows or has tried this, any info would be much appreciated.
