Hi, My clan currently has 3 wins in the current clan war. One of them is a free win by me. But when I look in my multiplier breakdown on the army camp page there is no sign of the alloy value increase that I should have from my clan having > 2 wins.

Did I need to do something to claim the reward?

The rewards become available at the start of the next day. In other words, in about 9 hours.

We got our 2 wins on day 1 and another on day 3 so surely it should be visible by now?

If so, this seems like a weird design decision. It’s not your fault that no one else showed up and we should be fully incentivizing people to fill empty slots. This is the whole point of FWs in the first place.

Pretty all my wins are free wins, and I always had the rewards.

It is true; a player needs a real win to be eligible for rewards.

I've joined maybe 6 clan war games at least 50% of them have been free wins. How is it decided who's the 'unlucky' one who gets the free win

This is a bit complicated, but in short it will likely go to a player from a lower rated clan

1. One player is selected at random from the clan with the most players. If there’s a tie, one player from the higher-rated clan is selected.

2. This player is paired with an opponent from the closest raised clan.

3. This continues until all players are paired. If there is a leftover, this player gets a free win, if and only if they were the only player to queue from their clan.

Example (Seven players)
TheGreatLeon (MB, 1000)
TR8R (Optimum, 700)
awaythro (TLA, 500)
pirtuzogno (knyte, 400)
matutake (Prime, 300)
FiveSmith (Prime, 300)
Ares (Ares, 0)

First, a Prime player (let’s say FiveSmith) is paired with a knyte club player

Second, an MB player is paired with an Optimum player

Finally, the TLA player is paired with the remaining Prime player.

In this example you would get a FW. However, if the Ares clan had 299 CWR rating you would not get a free win, you would be paired in the first step.

It almost seems like a bug, it technically isn't my fault that I am the one that gets a free win.

I just joined the most recent timeslot and got a free win again. So that's twice in 3 attempts now that I've got a free win.
