First, to be clear, I am not asking for a free version of the auto-swapper. That thing's primary role, (to my understanding,) is for use with the idle battles mode, a mode I have not tested becuase I have no interest in unlocking battles at my current progress. (haven't even acended yet, I have only gotten through reconquest.)
what I want is a feature, one that could reasonably be locked behind an AP cost, that gives the player the ability to quickly sort all their artifacts, just to help with cutting out all the bloat.
I am sure most players have tons of random, useless artifacts on hand that they are only keeping around as upgrade fodder, that do nothing but make the seven or so artifacts they actually use really hard to find. And currently, the way the swapping works isint bad, with artifacts swapping places, but it's really annoying as you have no good way of managing it all with only a swapper.
So, what I am advocating for is the ability to, with the press of a button, be able to logically sort your whole list of artifacts so that the ones you are looking for are easier to find, and so that your horde isn't so clutterd all the time.
I think a good place to start is these three sorting modes:
Recent, with the most recently used/upgraded/acquired artifacts appearing at the top, and getting older from there.
Rarity, where it groups all artifacts by their rarity, rarest on top.
type, where artifacts will be grouped together first baised on the kind of artifact, (cashe related, passive income related, activated effects, other missalanious artifacts, and so on,) then based on what specifc kind of artifact they are, then further sorted by rarity unto themselves.
Then, lastly, if you sort your artifacts under the same method again, it will display them all in the reverse order. this would make the Recent and Rarity sorts also rather useful in deciding what can be used in upgrading stuff.
I think this is a pretty reasonable inclusion, that does not render the auto swapper irrelevant. this will just be a qol feature for those that still prefer to do things manually, but don't want to spend way too long trying to digging through their warehouses.
