Me and another player start right next to eachother, one pick only (auto). Turn 2 this guy puts 17 visible armies and turn 3 another visible 15. Cards are at one third, so how could he have 10 reinforcements that early in the game and twice even? He attacked two territories, first turn would he have received two pieces of a card?

Please take a look at the game, to see if I might have missed something.

each player that conquered a territory in a turn receives 1/3 of a reinforcement card, as each team contains 3 players, that makes 1 reinforcementcard per turn.

I couldn't see it because of fog but maybe his teammate was right next to him and transferred? The settings indicated no overridden bonuses so it's not like he ended up with some huge income right away.

This is just me speculating, maybe someone else can offer a more realistic explanation

Its a team game, card pieces are gathered by all players on a team. By turn two his team had enough pieces for a reinforcement card. Add that to his bonus income and his base income he gets 17 armies. It all adds up.

All of his team members got a piece of the reinforment card. Thus the team immediately got one.

Yeah, that isn't cheating. if you look at the orders, each time he gains a territory he gets a piece of a card and he started out with one piece. That is clean. It is a bit strange though, all he the only card pieces he gets are reinforcements. Everyone else is getting other things as well.

that's what you get for playing in settings using random card pieces. sucks but was not a cheat.
