There is a benefit listed in the Mother's Day IDLE purchase option called AP reset.

Can anyone please describe what that is and how it can be a benefit?

I currently have around 5,500 AP points sitting waiting for me to use.

I've been purchasing items in Phase 4 so I can Super Ascend at some point.

AP reset is for when you have already spent your AP on advancements, but you'd like to change your mind on what upgrades you got. Hit the reset button and you'll get your AP back and can spend it on different advancements than you got the first time.

Getting back all your AP only for you to spend it again on the same things is a waste of a reset.
So unless you have a lot of excess AP invested in the earlier phases, I don't think the AP reset is useful for you right now.


If last year's Mothers day sale is anything to go by, the button probably still shows that it costs 150 coins to reset AP, but once you click it, you will get the following message:
