First SAsc and I noticed powers didn't reset.

As example I'm in K-PK and just noticed now there should be a power in a certain property, QI7-Dunay but it doesn't show. When I click on the property for more information the message is, "Power: Free Cache (already been earned 2 times this level. Cannot be earned again to prevent farming)".

Am I mistaken in thinking Powers are reset after SAsc?

When you super ascend, do you lose all AP and start again at 0, or are they just reset so you can allocate them to other advancements?

Yes all AP is lost and all advancements are reset to nothing.

I have long thought a good option after a SA would be 1/x to restoring all power ups.
Like once you chose the option 5 times, all power ups would be available again.

Yes. If, if, if... I read the fine print I would not have SAsc'ed until after I had an Insane TW to bring along. My dig times were faster and now it'll take me a year to get them fast again.

I wouldn't worry about that, it's much faster to get Insanes through more SAs than it is through digging.

That said, I made this mistake myself a while ago in thinking powers reset. I wish it were more clear early in the game that you can only get a power twice on each level *forever*. Eg, wasted a bunch of IM's in HEH superpowering the biggest merc camps multiple times.

That said, after you get some good artifacts you don't really notice. And I agree, SA is far faster getting artifacts than waiting for digging - unless you've SA'd a lot of times reducing dig speed, but then if so you might be named Ivan.

Do Hardened Levels special rewards reset after SAsc or are those 1st play through only?

Those do reset, so if you complete the hard level again you unlock that reward again.
