I thought Army Camps were important contributors until I unlocked Statistics.

@JK_3 i usually upgrade army camps, hospitals, mines and use leftover $ for mercs then when im approx 75% done with the level i stop upgrading and only buy mercs. also i get money from the markets when i get to them and then later use them to get techs
