This is a public apology by me, Tertius of the Juggernauts, to Pooncrew, leader of the Poon Squad. This apology was necessitated by incivility in public forums, coming to a head in a clan war. A deal, though misunderstood by all, was reached: A specified member of the losing team would have to apologize for their incivility. The Poon Squad did, in fact, beat the Juggernauts. The specified member of our team, Eklipse, then refused to give the apology. He was not alone in this refusal. Many people, including myself, thought that the game was somewhat rigged because of the Poon Squad's much-debated 1-day boot. However, I believe that even though the deal was misunderstood, it still stood. Therefore, in representation of my clan, I deliver this apology to the Poon Squad for incivility in both Games and Forums, Public and Private.

I'd like everyone to disregard this topic. Cat Juggernaut made this apology against the wishes of the entire rest of the clan. The issue was debated more than once and every time it was decided by vast majority that there was no valid deal, and no apology was to be given. Cat is the sole member of the clan that spoke in favor of this apology, and it seems he decided to disregard the clan's decision and go through with it on his own.

Cat was not given the authority to make this apology. He is not speaking for the clan on this matter as every other member clearly said no to this.

How can I know they're lying? Well there is no way QB could know 100% that their clan all agreed with it. He said to disregard a fellow Clan mates words about it because it wasn't what QB wanted to see. I also don't care if they were or not.

Also it's PS, they're trolls. Treat them as such AKA Scum. No troll should be given respect. All they want is to depress and stress other people for their own enjoyment which is all PS ever do.

Lone Wolf, there was no deal to honor. Why do you automatically assume that PS is right when you weren't there to witness anything?

Secondly, Cat isn't getting booted from the Juggernauts. This is a matter we'll resolve among ourselves.

There seems to be some confusion on whether this is the Juggernaut Clan's apology, or my apology. While it can (and probably should) be construed as both, it is technically only a personal apology.

He was not alone in this refusal.

Listen, Lone Wolf, I am the clan leader and I decide who will stay and who will get kicked and I say Cat is one of the oldest members of our clan, even older than me, and he will NEVER get out of clan against his will. I am happy and honoured to be in one clan with Cat.

Again there was no legit agreement between me and the leader of Poon Squad. We never agreed to boot time. I haven't even gave him FULL list of players, only 7 out of 8. He added 8th player at his own will.

To point it out, everyone was AGAINST us giving ANY apology to Poon Squad. Everyone but 1 player in our "govement", "Senate" was against this apology. This one person wasn't for it either.

And Poon Squad is acting childish as well. Instead of talking with me and solving this problem polite way he just put a war declaration on their clan page.

Besides Eklipse wasn't the only guy going against or reporting Poon Squad. Why did they pick only on Eklipse when there were tens of other players going against them?

You've gained my respect for that speech, TJC. Not that I've disrespected you before, but this definitely makes you better in my eyes. In fact, Poon Squad is often acting childish and also they use every trick (*cough* low boot Times) in order to win.
