Yesterday, I just realized a new clan was made known as the "Yin-Yang" clan, this is a Chinese clan created 3 days ago (Chinese are well known to counterfeit everything as you can see... -_-).

If one of their members is reading it, I defy them in a CORP vs Yin Yang game, the loser shall renounce his Yin Yang emblem!!!

It's quite different to yours.

This is not trifling, I thought CORP would be better not to get irked on this.

Unless you've patented your clan tag and can sue for copyright infringement .. .. don't bother causing a fight. :)

If you do have a problem with the clan, it is often better to contact their leaders in private and have a civilized discussion regarding such issues. Getting the whole forum involved is not an efficient way to solve things like this.

Well they have chosen "Yin Yang" as their clan's name, so i don't think they will change it, but I'm sure one of them knew anyway there was already a Yin Yang based clan, it's been a long time Kazuki our leader chose that emblem.
I will contact them, and I will make a special clan battle between us "the Yin Yang clan war" could be fun.

That is a good point, as this is clan-related. I am simply saying that it is better to discuss it in private, because comments from trolls and amused spectators don't normally help ease the tension. Hopefully that makes sense :)
