Illuminati management

There a limit to how many people you can have? Is this do to the game or your own clan idea?

It is a self-imposed limit. I do not have the resources at the moment to sustain 40+ people, I think; this may, however, change in the future.

Yes. Resources. Time; players; skill are all resources that I must consider. The time I can give to organizing and steering Illuminati is limited, and I do not feel that I can effectively manage more than 40 people without sacrificing other aspects of my life. If I find a second full-time manager, then I might be willing to extend our limit, but for now 40 is enough.
