The best way is to have Fizzer promote CLoTs. (I suggested having a sub-tab under multiplier in a different thread.) However for now the only thing a player can do is hosting an open game, asking people to join to CLoT. Kind of like a Clan requirement game.
wiki is a start but i doubt people looking for game will bother checking a wiki. it needs to be listed on the dashboard or the attendance will drop sooner or later.
