He has 1250 armies, which isn`t even the largest income in the game.

All bonusvalues have been multiplied by 10 which makes this normally unbalanced template a super unbalanced template. But thats it, its unbalanced not rigged

The host actually put 100000 armies in Moscow. The bonuses don't matter, only that army.

if you are in that game you can try and report him for deceit, but that may not go very far
