And I don't think many people realize how good Stahlgeweittern really is.... (For group D)

only problem i've seen so far with stahlgewittern is that most of them haven't joined the tournaments right (or at least 1 in team games) but i know they are strong players overall. Think they are more of a fun RP/FFA clan then real strategic clan but they got the skills in the end to maybe even be capable to compete in Group B to be fair

Yeah I would really love to use an 8-man roster but people keep retiring, going inactive, etc. It looks like we're stuck doing a 6-man roster for this league lol.

I think that this time League A is less about WG vs Apex or WM vs WG or Apex vs WM and more about who makes the least mistakes vs Warlighters, French, and AHoL. They all have good rosters going into this event and aren't easy to beat. I think you'll see a more even head to head between the 3 top clans and one of us are going to have a really good record vs the bottom 3. The other 2 are going to struggle and that's why they'll get rank 2 and 3.

I could be wrong, but that's how I see it.

Gg's underrated. They are a dark horse in group a. Btw Chris, wm and apex used all the players they could, just as wg did. They just don't have as many players active right now.

Lynx is the hottest clan right now, the only clan to win their groups the last two seasons. This season, their two toughest competitors will be the runner ups to lynx the past two seasons (master and blitz). Can lynx win their third season in a row? Or will the masters or blitz get their revenge?

Three battles that interest me:
1st place battle in group a between gg, apex, wm, wg.
1st place in group b: lynx, masters, blitz
5th place in group a; ahol, warlighters, French

Yeah, I said they had to (use the smaller roster).

And I agree, I think GG can surely win one of the 3v3s. Lolo is also right. I think Warlighters/French/Ahol will pile up some solo and 2v2 wins for sure. I think they will have a harder time on 3s where WG/WM/apex/GG are so good.

I'm not sure I follow this thinking. A clan's competitive if it competes, right? So a non-competitive clan entering clan league becomes competitive. But if they're not going to compete, what would be the point of putting them in clan league?

My biased opinion, but I have to disagree with JSA on Linx being the hottest team and agree with EVERYBODY else on this forum. Per every single prediction on this thread, XS will win group C. They are also off to a huge start. Despite being in the C league, they may be one of the best clans playing in this league and best of luck to whomever has to play them in the B league next season. The clan leaders, or active members, please, tell your companions to join or look for another member. Try to contact them, I did it by mail with the last one on REGL that didn't saw the tournament invite :)

Being an Underdog is great (except if there is seeding involved)

An Underdog is expected to lose. So if you lose your ego doesnt go down and no one cares.

Alternitively, if you win as an Underdog you become the 'Dark Horse' in the competition and instantly gives you a decent reputation...

Still working on getting people to join. I have done mail, chat games, clan leader chat, etc. Please people...if you plan on joining the next league get your stuff together. Make sure your clan mates know what is going on. We've had several join the wrong teams (not their clan mate). It is a LOT of work to put this all together, please take the 5 minutes to make sure your clan knows what to do when the league starts.

That being said...A is completely started. B is just waiting on Gadja and Rampage. C has a couple people on wrong teams. D has LEA and Lost Wolves all joined, but the other clans are a mess (they all have a few players not joining tournaments).

I will start all remaining tournaments Monday. If people have not joined, their clan will simply miss points there. Can't hold everyone else up.
