Since the last update I have a few issues:

They all are valid for firefox either on windows as on linux, as well for Opera under Windows.

When the browser has more tabs open, it happens several times, that when moving a sub-window like market or artifacts, not only the window is moving but also the map is panning.
Its bad, as in this moments, the plan is to move the sub-window out of the way, to see the region of the map below.

The next issue is, that the browser tab either gets white or gets black for seconds up to 1-2 minutes. I was booted from two idle Arena games, as I had to reload the tab, and go back to the game.
When the window gets black, the map is still there. Hoovering over the map, shows all the hints with territory names.

When the window gets white, this behaviour is also gone.

I can't report any indications, when and why this is happening. There are days without any of those issues, on other days its almost every hour.

Its not directly related to browser uptime, I had browsers open for days, with the PC in deep sleep multiple times, and no bigger problems. But I had such incidents also, short after rebooting the system after an system or browser update.

You could try reducing the target FPS and change 3D maps from [on (small maps)] to [off]
On Website you can change 3D maps from under Your Name > App Settings (while in a classic game, probably works while under the idle tab too).
On app you can do both from Account Icon in top right > Settings
> Target Framerate (change from default of 60 to 15)
> 3d maps (change from default of On for Small Maps Only to Off)

Yeah had something similar like that as well.

Was making orders in a game and the screen went black. Only connection arrows and bonus boxes were still showing, and I had to reload the tab to make the map appear again.
