As a big fan of the early days and later seven times winner, I'm sad to see that my favourite Warzone competition seems to be gone for good, after a long tradition of over 200 editions.

Is there anyone who would be interested in making an effort with me to bring back WGL?

What I cannot do is to be the streamer or comment at times that would force me to play late at night, but what I can do is provide coin prizes for the tournaments, pick templates, create announcement forum threads and commit to live commentating twice a month, given that the tournaments start no later than at 10 pm Indian Standard Time and don't happen on weekends or fridays.

To those who don't know WGL: It's a live streamed RT tournament series on various templates that used to happen up to weekly and often featured coin prizes and elite players commentating, going through games and giving advise. The streams used to happen on Twitch, so that direct responses to comments from the audience were possible. It's not happening anymore mainly due to unavailability of streamers.

I’ve hosted a WGL before, happy to do so again. Also if you go to last WGL you can see a list of streamers and commentators from the past who may be interested.

Thats pretty much the exact requirements to make sure I cant make it

I'd love to see it back, I even remember playing years ago, though have to agree with Min here:

10pm IST is midday on the US east coast, it's a little too early for what I perceive to be the geographic centre of players

If some of you want to take this over, I would be completely fine with it being at a time I can't attend. WGL without me is still much better than no WGL at all :)

I won't be of much help with commenting and stuff, but I can help out with the streaming part. There's a Spectator mod that can be quite useful for it, commentators can all view all the game rt with it. If needed or you guys want it, I probs can make an in-game analytics tool
